This video is about I AM Affirmations 1 2015 (find the affirmations text in the bottom of this description) - Affirmations are also known as mantra's or prayers although many prayers are useless unless you know the language of the divine matrix, The Universe. The way we think and what we think has an effect on &  affects our behaviour and this has an effect on our reality as we perceive it. When you know what you are saying you become the master of manifesting your life through conscious thoughts, words and actions / reactions. When the thoughts and words are send out it creates automatically an E-MOTION. Your feelings have an effect on all that surrounds you. Feelings can be seen as invisible waves of vibration that are emerging from your body whenever we have a thought, or we speak, feel strong about something that happened, are angry on someone, when we love someone, it always works, ALWAYS ! To create that which in your perception is missing in your life you want to monitor every thought, word, feeling & form of behaviour for it is creating something, whether you know it, believe it, want it or not.

To change our life we need to understand why our life is as it is and we need to know what thoughts and behaviour (habits) is keeping us in the current situation. We need to re-examine our deepest beliefs about everything we know in order to understand our language we use every day. We have to be aware of the words we use and what words we should disregard from ever using again. Our beliefs which are residing in the sub-conscious part of our brain determine the thoughts and opininons / judgements we have & language we use and how we act and react in daily life
Many people today are talking about love and how it will create the world peace we all are longing for since a long time. In my view it is AWARENESS that will bring us there. When we are truly aware we are in the frequency or vibration of love. To be aware is a doorway to Gratitude and Acceptance. Love is to be aware constantly. We become aware when our energies are raised to different, higher pitch by raising the voltage of our life energies. Mental alertmess and awareness are two different things. Awareness is purely life, what level of intensity your life is functioning, that is the level of awareness you are. Mental attention you can turn on and of, your aliveness you cannot... its always on ! The level of intensity is all there is, I like to call it the Art of Intention. Our intention determines our intensity to everything.
